Google Playstore හි ප්‍රකාශිත යෙදුම් සඳහා ඔවුන්ගේ පරිශීලක දත්ත ප්‍රතිපත්තිය යාවත්කාලීන කර ඇත. මෙහි ක්ලික් කිරීමෙන් ඔබට සම්පූර්ණ ලිපිය කියවිය හැකිය. Playstore හි ඔබගේ Appmaker යෙදුම සඳහා මෙය කුමන ඇඟවුමක් කරයිද?
Prepare a Google Form
First thing is that you need to do is prepare a Google Form that end users can submit their data deletion requests. Go to Google Forms and click on the button labelled “Go to Forms”.
පළමු දෙය නම් ඔබ කළ යුත්තේ අවසාන පරිශීලකයින්ට ඔවුන්ගේ දත්ත මකාදැමීමේ ඉල්ලීම් ඉදිරිපත් කළ හැකි ගූගල් පෝරමයක් සකස් කිරීමයි. Google Forms වෙත ගොස් “Go to Forms” ලෙස ලේබල් කර ඇති බොත්තම මත ක්ලික් කරන්න.
Once you are in Google forms, make the choice to add a new blank form, by clicking on the blank option. ඔබ Google පෝරමවල සිටින විට, හිස් විකල්පය මත ක්ලික් කිරීමෙන් නව හිස් පෝරමයක් එක් කිරීමට තේරීම කරන්න.
Add the title of your form as “User Data Deletion Form”. For form description enter the following text:
ඔබගේ පෝරමයේ මාතෘකාව “User Data Deletion Form” ලෙස එක් කරන්න. පෝරම විස්තරය සඳහා පහත පෙළ ඇතුළත් කරන්න:
Dear User, to protect your privacy we have implemented a data deletion request form. Please enter the mobile number and email address that you created the account with. Upon successful receipt of your request, your personal data retained by us will be permanently deleted.
Next, go to the questions and change the question type to dropdown for the first question. Change the title of the question to “Select the app that you created the account on”. For the options, add the apps that you have created. Make the question a required question.
ඊළඟට, ප්‍රශ්න වෙත ගොස් පළමු ප්‍රශ්නය සඳහා ප්‍රශ්න වර්ගය dropdown ලෙස වෙනස් කරන්න. ප්‍රශ්නයේ මාතෘකාව “Select the app that you created the account on” ලෙස වෙනස් කරන්න. විකල්ප සඳහා, ඔබ නිර්මාණය කර ඇති යෙදුම් එක් කරන්න. ප්‍රශ්නය අවශ්‍ය ප්‍රශ්නයක් බවට පත් කරන්න.
IMPORTANT : YOU NEED TO ADD YOUR APP NAME AND NOT HAVE “APP NAME 1” AS THE OPTION. “APP NAME 1”IS SHOWN HERE ONLY AS AN EXAMPLE.
වැදගත් : ඔබේ යෙදුමේ නම එක් කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය වන අතර විකල්පය ලෙස “APP NAME 1” නොතිබිය යුතුය. “APP NAME 1” මෙහි පෙන්වා ඇත්තේ උදාහරණයක් ලෙස පමණි.
Add another question, and change the question type to short answer. Change the question title to “Enter Mobile Number”. Make this a required question. තවත් ප්‍රශ්නයක් එක් කරන්න, ප්‍රශ්න වර්ගය කෙටි පිළිතුරකට වෙනස් කරන්න. ප්‍රශ්න මාතෘකාව “Enter Mobile Number” ලෙස වෙනස් කරන්න. මෙය අවශ්‍ය ප්‍රශ්නයක් බවට පත් කරන්න.
Add a third question, and change the question type to short answer. Change the question title to “Enter Email Address”. Make this a required question as well. තුන්වන ප්‍රශ්නය එකතු කර ප්‍රශ්න වර්ගය කෙටි පිළිතුරකට වෙනස් කරන්න. ප්‍රශ්න මාතෘකාව “Enter Email Address” ලෙස වෙනස් කරන්න. මෙයද අවශ්‍ය ප්‍රශ්නයක් කරගන්න.
The user data form is now done. We need to get the URL to the form, to do this click on the Send button. පරිශීලක දත්ත පෝරමය දැන් සිදු කර ඇත. අපි URL එක පෝරමයට ලබා ගත යුතුයි, මෙය සිදු කිරීම සඳහා Send බොත්තම මත ක්ලික් කරන්න.
Select the link icon. Then check the shorten URL checkbox as shown in the image below. Make sure to copy and save the URL by clicking on the “Copy” button. Link නිරූපකය තෝරන්න. ඉන්පසු පහත රූපයේ දැක්වෙන පරිදි කෙටි URL කොටුව සලකුණු කරන්න. “පිටපත් කරන්න” බොත්තම ක්ලික් කිරීමෙන් URL පිටපත් කර සුරැකීමට වග බලා ගන්න.
Add Form URL to the Appmaker App
Now go to your Appmaker App and open your app. Navigate to the About Us tab as follows: Pages -> App Details -> Contact Us -> Polices -> About Us. There, in the text box titled “Content” enter the following text and click on the “Save” button:

Completing the Play Data Safety Form
After successfully updating your app open your google play console and navigate to the Play Data Safety form. Open the form and navigate to the Data collection and security section. Answer Yes to both questions.
ඔබගේ යෙදුම සාර්ථකව යාවත්කාලීන කිරීමෙන් පසු ඔබගේ ගූගල් ප්ලේ කොන්සෝලය විවෘත කර Play Data Safety පෝරමය වෙත සංචාලනය කරන්න. පෝරමය විවෘත කර දත්ත එකතු කිරීම සහ ආරක්ෂක අංශය වෙත යන්න. ප්‍රශ්න දෙකටම ඔව් පිළිතුරු දෙන්න.
Select “Username and other authentication” in the section asking about the method of account creation. ගිණුම සෑදීමේ ක්‍රමය ගැන අසන කොටසේ “Username and other authentication” තෝරන්න.
Add the google form URL that you saved in the text box titled “Delete Account URL”. “Delete Account URL” යන මාතෘකාව සහිත පෙළ කොටුව තුළ ඔබ සුරකින ලද Google පෝරමය URL එක් කරන්න.

Completing the Data Deletion request
By following these steps you will be able to make sure that your Appmaker app is compliant with the new Playstore policy. For the data deletion requests that you do receive please email the request to info@appmaker.lk make sure that you include the mobile number, email and app name in your email. Once the data has been removed we will inform you via email. Please note that we are legally obligated to retain certain data of the users as per the gazette released by the TRC, which you can find here.
