We have launched a new job template on Appmaker titled Jobs III. The new template will enable your users to register with the app, upload a CV and directly apply for vacancies through the app. Here is a quick look on how to make use of these new features.
Appmaker Jobs III නමින් නව රැකියා ඇබෑර්තු template එක දියත් කර ඇත. නව template එක මඟින් ඔබේ end usersලා app එක සමඟ ලියාපදිංචි වීමට, CV එකක් upload කිරීමට සහ app එක හරහා රැකියා ඇබෑර්තුව සඳහා කෙලින්ම අයදුම් කිරීමට හැකි වේ. මෙම නව විශේෂාංග භාවිතා කරන්නේ කෙසේද යන්න පිළිබඳ ඉක්මන් බැල්මක් මෙන්න.
End User can create a profile on the app:
Enable Registered Users to apply for jobs
- Select the new Jobs III template to get started. ආරම්භ කිරීමට නව Jobs III template එක තෝරන්න.
2. Select Users on the menu option. Users තෝරන්න.
3. Then select Registration Form to open your registration form. This is the registration form that will be shown to the user at the time of registration. You can add new fields or customise existing fields from here.ඉන්පසු “Registration Form” තෝරන්න. ඔබේ යෙදුමේ ලියාපදිංචි වීමට පාරිභෝගිකයින්ට පිරවිය යුතු පෝරමය මෙයයි. ඔබේ අවශ්‍යතා අනුව ඔබට එය රිසිකරණය කළ හැකිය.
4. Fields in the new job template can be of three types. Choose one is where the user has to choose one option from a list of options you have given them (for example selecting civil status). Type single line answer is where the user needs to return a single line answer such as name or email. Type multiple line answer is where the the user can use multiple lines (for example entering the address).
ප්රශ්න වර්ග තුනක් නිර්මාණය කළ හැකිය. “Choose one” යනු ඔබ ඔවුන්ට ලබා දී ඇති විකල්ප ලැයිස්තුවකින් පරිශීලකයාට එක් විකල්පයක් තෝරාගත යුතු ස්ථානයයි (උදාහරණයක් ලෙස සිවිල් තත්ත්වය තේරීම). “Type single line answer”යනු පරිශීලකයාට නම හෝ විද්‍යුත් තැපෑල වැනි තනි පේළි පිළිතුරක් ලබා දීමට අවශ්‍ය ස්ථානයයි. “Type multiple line answer” යනු පරිශීලකයාට පේළි කිහිපයක් භාවිතා කළ හැකි ස්ථානයයි (උදාහරණයක් ලෙස ලිපිනය ඇතුළත් කිරීම)
5. You can view users that have registered by going to “Registered Users”. Only the first four lines of user details are shown here. To view the rest of the details you can click the excel icon and download the complete details. You can download the CVs by clicking the second download button.
“Registered Users” වෙත යාමෙන් ඔබට ලියාපදිංචි වී ඇති පරිශීලකයන් දැක ගත හැක. පරිශීලක විස්තරවල පළමු පේළි හතර පමණක් මෙහි පෙන්වා ඇත. ඉතිරි විස්තර බැලීමට ඔබට Excel අයිකනය ක්ලික් කර සම්පූර්ණ විස්තරය download කළ හැකිය. දෙවන download බොත්තම ක්ලික් කිරීමෙන් ඔබට සම්පූර්ණ CV බාගත කළ හැකිය.
6. By going to Applications you can view the users that have applied for jobs here. You can download all the CVs by clicking on download or view the individual applications by clicking the number.
Applications වෙත යාමෙන් ඔබට මෙහි රැකියා සඳහා ඉල්ලුම් කර ඇති පරිශීලකයින් බැලීමට හැකිය. ඔබට සියලුම CV download ක්ලික් කිරීමෙන් download කළ හැකිය හෝ අංකය ක්ලික් කිරීමෙන් රැකියාව සඳහා ඉල්ලුම් කළ සියලුම පරිශීලකයින් බැලීමට හැකිය.
7. To enable registered users to apply for jobs, make sure to enable the “Enable Apply & Save” checkbox. This can be done when creating the page by expanding “Options” and then clicking on the check box.
ලියාපදිංචි පරිශීලකයින්ට රැකියා සඳහා අයදුම් කිරීමට සබල කිරීමට, “Enable Apply & Save” සලකුණු කොටුව සබල කිරීමට වග බලා ගන්න. “Options” පුළුල් කිරීමෙන් පසුව, පිරික්සුම් කොටුව මත ක්ලික් කිරීමෙන් මෙය කළ හැකිය.
